REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. INTRODUCTION

    At VAKTA-VEER we value transparency. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for all our programs:
  • online paid courses
  • offline one-day seminars
  • offline multi-session courses
    By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
  1. REFUND POLICY – ONLINE PAID COURSES
  • All sales are final.
  • Once payment is completed and course access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
  • Please review course details carefully before purchase or contact us with any doubts.
  1. REFUND POLICY – OFFLINE ONE-DAY SEMINARS

    If you cannot attend a seminar for which you have paid the registration fee, you may choose one of the following before the event date:
  2. Full refund of the registration fee, or
  3. Credit transfer of the full fee to the next available VAKTA-VEER one-day seminar.
    Notify us in advance so we can process your choice promptly.
  1. REFUND POLICY – OFFLINE MULTI-SESSION COURSES
  • You may withdraw at any time; refunds are pro-rated according to the sessions not attended.
    – Example : 10-session course, you withdraw after 4 sessions → refund equals the fee for the remaining 6 sessions.
  • Inform us as soon as you decide to withdraw. We will calculate and approve the proportional refund accordingly.
  1. CANCELLATION BY VAKTA-VEER

    If VAKTA-VEER cancels any session, seminar, or course:
  • You may opt for a full refund, or
  • You may reschedule/transfer to the next available equivalent session at no extra cost.
    We will contact all registered participants promptly to arrange your preference.
  1. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 – 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
  • You will receive confirmation once your refund is processed. Bank processing times may add extra days beyond our 7-10-day window.
