PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Terms”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE VAKTA-VEER WEBSITE OR ENROLLING IN ANY TRAINING OFFERED BY VAKTA-VEER. BY ACCESSING OUR SITE OR PARTICIPATING IN OUR COURSES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

  1. INTRODUCTION

    VAKTA-VEER (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a communication-skills academy providing online and offline training in public speaking, anchoring, radio jockeying, podcasting, and related fields. These Terms form a binding contract between VAKTA-VEER and you (“you”, “your”, “participant”). We may update these Terms at any time; the most current version will always appear on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  1. SERVICES OFFERED

    We deliver training through two modes:

A. ONLINE TRAINING
• Live, interactive virtual classes held via a video-conferencing platform.
• First-time participants receive one free trial session. Continued access requires payment of the published course fee.

B. OFFLINE TRAINING
(i) One-Day Seminars – intensive, practical workshops requiring a minimal fee, payable at registration.
(ii) Multi-Session Offline Courses – programs running over several days or weeks. Full course details (syllabus, schedule, fees) are announced in advance on our website or official Social media channels.

All courses are delivered by qualified instructors. Outcomes depend on your effort and participation; we do not guarantee specific results or employment.

  1. USER ELIGIBILITY
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information during enrollment and to update it if it changes.
  • You must possess appropriate equipment and internet access for online classes.
  • You will use our services only for lawful, personal or professional development—not for competing or unlawful purposes.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms, all course rules, and any instructor guidelines.
  1. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENTS

    4.1 ONLINE COURSES
  • After your free trial, the full course fee must be paid by the stated deadline.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in removal from the course.

4.2 OFFLINE TRAINING

  • One-Day Seminar: A nominal fee is due at the time of registration. Seats are confirmed only after payment.
  • Multi-Session Offline Course: The full course fee—or first instalment if an instalment plan is offered—must be paid before the first class.

4.3 GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS

  • Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. (GST No: 24AQXPC9786C1ZC)
  • Payments are non-refundable except where VAKTA-VEER cancels a session or as required by law. Refunds granted at our discretion may be subject to administrative or transaction fees.
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, access to the service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
  1. ATTENDANCE AND COURSE COMPLETION
  • Minimum Attendance – You must attend at least 80 % of scheduled sessions in multi-session courses to earn a Certificate of Completion. One-day seminars require attendance for the entire event.
  • Participation & Conduct – Active engagement, respectful behaviour, and punctuality are mandatory. Disruptive conduct or persistent lateness may lead to removal without refund.
  • Certificates – Issued only when all attendance and performance criteria are met. Participants who fall short may receive a Certificate of Attendance or none, at our discretion.
  • Make-Up Sessions – Not guaranteed. Recordings or summaries may be provided only when logistics permit.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAKTA-VEER, its owners and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Any direct liability is limited to the total fees you have paid for the specific course or seminar in question.
  • We are not responsible for third-party platforms, travel to offline venues, or loss of personal belongings.
  1. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
  • We may change course content, schedules, instructors, or pricing to improve quality or address operational needs.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session. If an event you paid for is cancelled and not rescheduled, you may choose a full refund or credit toward another session.
  • We may update these Terms at any time; material changes will be highlighted on our website or notified by email to active participants.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  • All content delivered by VAKTA-VEER—including methods, concepts, logos and live session materials—is our intellectual property protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • Recording, copying, distributing, or teaching our content without written consent is prohibited.
  • Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational use only. No ownership rights are transferred.
